  • Developed an 8-module onboarding structure, improving clarity and consistency for new joiners.

  • Created role-specific checklists and coordinated onboarding for 63 employees, aligning training sessions with multiple SMEs.

  • Delivered 20+ administrative procedures training and organized over 10 sessions on product and HR.

Project Overview: Organized an Energy Treasure Hunt, a collaborative event where teams within a facility walk around and identify potential opportunities to save energy by observing operational practices, equipment usage, and building features, essentially "hunting" for low-cost ways to reduce energy consumption

  • Identified €126K in annual savings, leading to a 13% energy reduction.

  • Engaged and coordinated a team of 18 employees, ensuring full participation and shared ownership.

  • Strengthened employee connection to sustainability efforts through an interactive, solution-focused event.
